Bud developed this spice blend while working off shore from New Orleans on oil rigs miles off the Louisiana coast line and hanging out on Bourbon St. It goes well as an all-purpose seasoning for any seafood dish and was originally made for the classic Blackened Redfish. It contains generous amounts of cayenne, white and black pepper, as well as, other herbs commonly used in Creole cuisine.
